Where is my reimbursement in QuickBooks?
Commerce separates transactions into buckets: sales, refunds, expenses, and reimbursements. When looking at Commerce data, it should be evident which bucket a transaction falls into. While this reimbursement exists in your QuickBooks Online account, it does not translate directly as a "Reimbursement". If you are receiving a reimbursement to a credit card, Commerce will leverage this as a negative amount in the corresponding QuickBooks expense account. If you are receiving a reimbursement to a bank account, it will show as a deposit to that account in QuickBooks.
