Connect Your Account
Connect your Big Cartel account to Commerce using the following steps:
Log in to your Commerce account
Go to Connect an account > Sales > Big Cartel > Connect +
Click Connect
If you are already logged into Big Cartel, the connection will be established
If you are not logged in, you are redirected to Big Cartel’s login page
Enter your Big Cartel Shop URL and Password
Click Login
Supported Regions
Commerce currently supports all regions in which Not On The High Street operates.
Catch Me Ups
If you are in need of your historical transactions, Commerce can gather those for you. There are no time limitations for Big Cartel transactions.
Your Data
Commerce gathers all data associated with each transaction from connected integrations. Big Cartel provides:
Normal transactions
Buyer names
Buyer email address
Shipping address
Shipping totals
Sales reference IDs
Sales tax
Deposits/Payments
